RETURN POLICY - Customers have a full 15 days from day the product is recieved to return products following the following procedure::

1. All products returned must have an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorized Number). This number can be obtained by emailing orders@tuffboardcakeboards.com
   
2. Products returned without an RMA# will not be accepted
   
3. Non-defective products returned opened and not in original packaging will not be accepted
   
4. Products returned damaged by user will not be accepted
   
5. No refund of shipping charges.
